Welcome to YOUR all new employee notice board

We're proud to be supporting ACT Cleaning Charity who provide FREE home cleaning to people in need throughout the UK.

ACT Cleaning Charity is a non profit organisation who provide FREE home cleaning to a wide range of Clients of all ages and needs so that they can focus on their health whilst we take away the worry of everyday cleaning.

Once an application has been received from Clients or their family members they assess each one individually to ensure our service is both suitable and beneficial then they arrange a pre home visit to those in supported locations.

Once the paperwork is out of the way, they're ready to provide FREE home cleaning services. Most Clients are offered weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning visits depending on what's best suited for their requirements. During this process our Clients have more time to concentrate on what matters the most... their wellbeing and family time.

It's not just about providing clean homes... we aim to promote positive wellbeing, provide safer spaces and restore confidence to people who are in the middle of a crisis.

Corporate sponsors cover our operating costs so that 100% of all public donations go directly towards cleaning the homes of people in need throughout the UK.

Impact Support Solutions are participating in the 10k Tunnel Run on 19th June 2016 and we'd love you to join us!

The accurately measured 10K course starts on Blackstock Street approximately 250 metres before the KingswayTunnel emergency access road.

After a sharp u turn off the emergency exit runners then begin the gentle 1 mile descent under the River Mersey. The Tunnel entrance marks the 1K point with markers for 2K and 3K positioned inside the Tunnel.

Around 2.5K runners notice the descent level off before staring the long, slow ascent out of the Tunnel and into the daylight on the Wirral side of the river.

Leaving the Tunnel via the Emergency exit on the left hand side (before the toll booths) runners move on to Oakdale Road and a welcome slight downhill section at 4K. This was the half way point in previous years but the 5K point (and water station) is now at the car park just behind the Mersey Ferry terminal on Birkenhead Road.

The second half of the course is as flat as it comes with the full 5K distance from the Wallasey Ferry terminal to the finish at New Brighton running alongside the River Mersey.

When the going gets tough... the tough get going with some participants attacking the final stretch whilst others just take the promenade in their stride.

The second drinks station is located near to the 7K at the bottom of the Manor Road.

The finish is now located on Ian Fraser Walk behind the Marine Point retail park. This means runners will continue along the full length of the promenade and then pass on to the public highway at Marine Promenade, past the Floral Pavilion and along the lake pathway - past Perch Rock - and then on to Ian Fraser Walk to finish.

  • Important update - Please note, wages will be paid into your accounts on Thursday 31st December 2015 and NOT Wednesday 30th December as per previous message below. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  • Regarding timesheets and wages - Please send over 2 weeks of time sheets on Monday next week (21st December 2015) covering the period of week commencing 14th December and week commencing 21st December (predict the hours where necessary or state holidays). Wage payments will be paid in on Wednesday 23rd December and Wednesday 30th December. Our office closes 23rd December 2015 till Monday 4th January 2015 when wages resume to normal. However should there be any emergencies over this period the office phone line is manned 0844 504 5155 and Managers will be available on their mobile phones.
